Founded in 1989, The Northwest Companies is a privately owned, WBE Certified, corporation based just north of Charlotte, NC.

From a modest beginning as a lawn care company in northwestern North Carolina, Northwest now provides comprehensive landscape and snow removal services across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states.

To prevent problems from occurring to the extent that we can, Northwest has implemented a comprehensive Quality Assurance program that keeps our central office staff aware of and involved with conditions in the field. We have created an infrastructure of office personnel and administrative technology to support the efforts of our field operators and promote a seamless flow of account information between management and technicians delivering the service. In essence, we make every effort to prevent problems before they occur.

Preempting problems is certainly important when properly maintaining a client’s landscape investment but it is even more critical when clearing their lots of snow and ice. To prevent accidents (and potential law suits) arising from unsafe conditions, we provide the full complement of proactive services that are necessary to keep our managed properties open, safe and accessible.
