Northwest Companies offer a proprietary Service Reporting System (SRS) which will automatically route you new work orders and provide a mechanism for you to report results. The SRS is very user friendly and is specifically designed to service contractors and customers.

What is SRS?

Service Reporting System (SRS) is the exclusive state of the art reporting system developed by Northwest Companies for tracking all services completely on any site with real-time reporting capabilities.

  • Work order dispatch and tracking
  • Proposal submission
  • Photo capabilities
  • GPS function
  • Customized reporting
  • Web portal viewing
  • Services performed reporting
  • Completion times and dates

As a proprietary service system, we are always improving SRS to meet the needs of our clients. As a customer, you will have access to SRS to manage all of your corporate exterior maintenance requirements.

 

Will I Need to Manage Multiple Providers?

No! This is one of the primary benefits in hiring Northwest Companies to manage your exterior corporate maintenance needs. You will have an Account Manager that will provide you a single point of contact for all of your needs. You can also contact our operations center if you need further assistance. We help you manage different service providers across many geographic locations with a single point of contact.

How am I sure of the quality of the service?

Northwest Companies maintains an aggressive control program whereby our representatives visit properties under contract to guarantee that strict compliance with client specifications are being met. This proactive program is included with each contract to ensure service providers are meeting your expectations.

If you have a problem, you can report it through SRS or to your account manager.

How long does it take to approve an application to become a service provider?

At Northwest Companies, we strive to work with service providers who continually provide excellent service.
